Can quality be measured by certificates?
We think no! Of course, beflex is audited according to current standards and has the corresponding certificates. However, it is more important that our employees have internalized the contents and act according to clear guidelines. And this day after day without exception. Clearly defined organizational structures and functioning processes are the prerequisites. Both are guarantors of perfect quality in the state of delivery and even more so in later use.
That is why we continuously invest in state-of-the-art production and testing facilities. However, it is crucial that all processes are optimally structured without exception and that the interfaces function perfectly in daily interaction.
Our certificates.
The beflex management system and all processes and procedures are precisely documented and certified according to ISO 9001:2015. At the Hamburg and Kulim Kedah sites, we are additionally certified according to ISO 13485:2016 (medical). We are also approved for the production of ATEX products in our plant in Hamburg.
