In-Circuit Test (ICT):

ICT is effective, fast and versatile. And a solid part of our test portfolio! Our team has extensive experience in creating test programmes and planning the required test adapters.

Flying Probe:

Flying Probe – testing as flexible as the beflex electronic service portfolio.

Due to its flexibility, the flying probe method is a popular test method for prototypes and small series. It offers a high test coverage, does not require a large data basis and does not need special needle bed adapters, which saves time and money.

Functional test (FCT):

If standard production tests are not sufficient for your quality requirements.

The function test is an important part of the test plan. The flashing of programmable components is just as much a part of the functional test as checking the functionality of the module.

We take over test equipment provided by our customers and industrialize it so that we can carry out the necessary maintenance and repair work. We develop each test plan for the functional test according to customer requirements in order to adapt the test procedure so that our customers’ product requirements are met.

We offer temperature tests to ensure the durability and reliability of products and their materials. Whether RunIn, BurnIn, reduction of 0Km failures or life cycle tests, we create a test specification together with the customer to increase the quality of the product and fulfil the requirements.

End-of-Line-Test (EOL)

End-of-line – final quality inspection shortly before delivery to the end customer.

The EOL is one of the most important components in the overall inspection plan. Each individual test added together does not replace the final test after the last production step. We offer comprehensive and competent advice on the required testing technology and support you in the planning and realization of your test strategy.
